  • The refund amount is limited to 60% of the purchase price and may take a few days to process.

This policy ensures that customers have a reasonable opportunity to assess the content and make a decision about their purchase. By offering a partial refund, we aim to strike a balance between customer satisfaction and the costs associated with providing the service.

Returns Policy for Non On-Demand Videos

For non-on-demand videos, we have a returns policy in place to ensure customer satisfaction. Here are the key details:

  •  Returns are accepted for non-on-demand videos if the item is in its original condition and packaging.
  • The customer initiates a return request to: Support@MattioliSolutions.com within 30 days of the original purchase date.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return if the item was purchased with “free shipping”. 

This policy does not apply to book sales, which are final.

By requiring the item to be in its original condition, we can ensure that it is suitable for resale or further use. The support email allows us to track and process returns efficiently, while the customer covering return shipping costs helps us manage the expenses associated with the return process.
